Dr Ranj's Teddy Bear Hospital has enjoyed success playing at children's festivals across the country as a 25 minute stage show with lots of energy, audience participation and of course some authentic health education made fun by Dr Ranj.
Show Synopsis
Frank Bearfoot and his team are unwell, but need to feel better in order to put on their show. So they pop into the Teddy Bear Hospital where with the help of Dr Ranj, they explore their ailments in a fun and entertaining way, and inadvertently end up putting on a show for the audience anyway. So to celebrate, they all go off for a teddy bear's picnic!
Packed full of humour, music, dancing, games and audience participation, the show highlights everything from the importance of health eating and exercise, to managing colds and getting a good night's sleep. The goal is for the audience to leave entertained and educated!
Cast
Alongside Dr Ranj, the show features Frank Bearfoot and his friends. All characters are created and brought to life by Olly Taylor Productions. Olly is one of the UK’s Foremost Puppeteers. As well as creating live shows, he is known for his performance work on Netflix’s The Dark Crystal, CBeebies Get Well Soon and Star Wars.
