Godiva Festival takes place in War Memorial Park in the centre of Coventry. As a result, there's plenty of ways to get here besides the car. You'll find more details on all the options below.
By bike
Free cycle parking is available in the event bike park, located on the edge of the Family Field opposite the Visitors' Centre from Friday afternoon to Sunday. You can park your own bike (bring a lock) or use a West Midlands Cycle Hire bike, which has a built in lock.
By bus
National Express Coventry provides frequent bus services to the War Memorial Park. The 9 and 12X serve the Park from the city centre and Warwick University.
The 24 from Kenilworth and 25 and 25A from Rugby also stop near the Park.
Stagecoach X17 stops at the War Memorial Park, travelling between Leamington, Warwick and Coventry City Centre. The 87 runs to the park from Solihull.
By train
Coming from a bit further afield? No problem! The park is just a 10 minute walk from Coventry Railway Station and there will be signage to guide you to the entrance.
As for who can bring you to Coventry...
Running down the very backbone of England, London Northwestern Railway connects the economic powerhouses of London and the North West with the West Midlands. Tickets booked in advance offer the greatest saving, with London to Birmingham from £7.50 when booked in advance.
West Midlands Railway also offers a simple solution for those overseas visitors that may wish to explore the West Midlands region whilst they’re here. With direct links to the rural locations of Shrewsbury, Hereford and the historical Stratford Upon Avon, why not explore all that the midlands has to offer?
By car
If you're using maps to get to the Park then the postcode you'll need is CV3 6GF. The full address is War Memorial Park, Kenilworth Road, Coventry.
We encourage you to get your friends together and share lifts, fewer cars means fewer queues.
There is car parking available onsite each day and a ticket costs £15.
