Nicole Blakk is a versatile artist with her sound playing with spoken word/alternative and spinning on an afro swing beat. Her soulful vocals alongside her rap style are a statement part of her music. Nicole started making music in secondary school but only when she got into X Factor: the band at 16, did she start to take it seriously.
Once she came off the show, she saw that music is what she wants to do, just not the way X Factor made her do it. As her sister runs a production company that specialises in music videos, films and tv – the sisters knocked heads to use both their talents to create content.
Now studying at the Academy of Contemporary Music, Nicole is currently mastering her craft with the view of releasing new music later in the year.
